(Hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our” or “Espressif”) and our subsidiaries, provide information about how we collect, use, store & process and transfer personal data. This Policy covers only data collected through the Microsoft Forms for ESP-ZeroCode Customer Survey and not any other data collection or processing.

We store and process the personal data and all the relevant information in Microsoft Cloud servers. Such data is accessible to Espressif’s employees with your consent.
Data Retention
The data is retained on our sales system. We will delete your personal date within ten (10) days after receiving your written request by legal@espressif.com.
Data Related to Minors
Espressif do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from anyone under 18 years old.
